JNTUA Pharm.D (R17) V year Regular Internal Exams /Viva /Attendance Dates
Internal Marks Upload
These below notes will be helpful in understanding the dead lines to college student’s as well as the faculty members to be aware off,
- Ph.D. 5th Year Regular students (Batch 2023-24) are required to upload their internal marks to the JNTUA EMS examination portal before 05:30 PM on February 26, 2024 (Monday). Any uploads made after this deadline will not be considered.
- Additionally, a hard copy of the internal marks, duly signed and stamped by the college principal on each sheet, should reach the Additional Controller of Examinations at the University Examinations Building, Opp. Govt. Polytechnic College, JNTU Anantapur, Ananthapuramu – 515002 (A.P) by registered/speed post on or before March 1, 2024 (Friday). Please ensure to superscribe the cover with the required details.
Clerkship and Project Work Viva Voce Examinations:
- Clerkship and project work viva voce examinations will be conducted from February 26, 2024, to March 2, 2024. The award lists must be sent in sealed covers to the address mentioned above without fail by registered/speed post on or before March 7, 2024 (Thursday). Remember to superscribe the cover with the necessary details.
Lab Externals Entry Completion:
- Complete the entry of lab externals in EMS by March 4, 2024.
Attendance Particulars Submission:
- Finalize the attendance particulars of the students for the year and upload the detailed list to the examinations portal ‘JNTUA EMS’ by 05:30 PM of February 26, 2024 (Monday) without fail.
Online Registration Schedule:
- The schedule for online registration will be announced shortly.
Submission Requirements at Verification Time
- At the time of verification, the following documents must be submitted along with online receipts/challans, without which the verification process will not be undertaken:
- Detained List signed by the college principal.
- Condoned List signed by the college principal along with online receipts/challans towards condonation fee
- College Academic Committee (CAC) resolution approving detained and condoned Lists.
- Eligible but not registered’ list signed by the college principal.
- Copy of Clearance Certificate.
- Copy of UCS Fee Receipts.
Deduction by Colleges
Deduction by the colleges is permissible as per the proceedings of the Registrar dated April 7, 2018, for Regular and April 16, 2014, for Supplementary exams, copies of which are available on www.jntua.ac.in under ‘Examinations’.
Hall Ticket Generation:
Hall tickets will be generated only for eligible students who have paid the UCS fee, for whom clearance has been given by the University, and whose examination fee has been received. For these candidates, hall tickets will be available in the JNTUA EMS on February 23, 2024 (Friday) for download.
